The Midnight Ride of Paul Revere

Distinguished Concerts International New York (DCINY) presents The Midnight Ride of Paul Revere, René Clausen's riveting work of modern choral music, on Monday, March 25 at 7:00pm at Avery Fisher Hall, Lincoln Center. Based on the famous Longfellow poem, Clausen's five-movement work has been described as invoking the "excitement of the horse ride as well as the quiet of the streets, the beauty of the night, the history of the rickety old bell tower, and the breathless excitement as the message is delivered."...
