Randy Pagel has conducted at Carnegie Hall in New York City, the Kennedy Center in Washington, D. C., and Orchestra Hall in Chicago, and at state, division, and national conventions for both the American Choral Directors Association and the Music Educators National Conference. He conducts many honor choirs, clinics, and workshops around the country in the area of Junior High/Middle School Choral Music, and is the author of the top-selling book, The Choral Director's Guide to Sanity...and Success!
Pagel has received numerous awards for teaching at local, state, and national levels. Pagel is an "Outstanding Young Alumnus" from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, is in Oshkosh North High School's "Hall of Fame" and Clark County School District's "Excellence in Education Hall of Fame". "Randy Pagel Day" was proclaimed in both Henderson, Nevada, and Oshkosh, Wisconsin.
