No longer is Facebook merely a place for embarrassingly tagged photos and snooping acquaintances! With the revamped format on the social networking site, now DCINY is not just a business page but also a place allowing you to keep up with us through status updates, RSVP to events, and discounts and deals to our concerts that are only available through Facebook.

As a way of celebrating some of these great new features, DCINY is holding a unique and tech-savvy Facebook contest for all those who either performed in the March 8, 2011, "Eric Whitacre's Paradise Lost: Shadows & Wings" concert or who attended the ACDA Conference in Chicago and visited the DCINY booth. The prize? A "Paradise Lost: Shadows & Wings" poster singed by the entire Chicago cast (yes, including Mr. Eric Whitacre himself)!

How to participate:

1. "Like" Distinguished Concerts International New York on Facebook (And, while you're at it, feel free to follow us on Twitter and friend us on Myspace, Culturematchup, and InstantEncore as well!)
2. Upload a picture of you singing, rehearsing, posing with our ACDA booth, etc. on the Distinguished Concerts International New York wall and don't forget to "tag" yourself in the photo.
3. Tell all your friends to "like" your photo on the DCINY page, NOT your personal page! The person who gets the most "likes" for their photo on the DCINY page by April 1, 2011, wins! (Note that your friends must "like" DCINY in order to "like" the photo on the DCINY page.)
