Part-time Production Staff

We are currently in search of highly self-motivated individuals to represent DCINY as part-time, paid production staff.

Candidates should have prior experience working in an arts environment and knowledge of classical music. Applicants should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, flexible problem-solving skills, and an ability to work well under pressure. The production staff is integral to the successful preparation and presentation of concerts in prestigious performance venues including Carnegie Hall and Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts.

We are looking for individuals who are:

• Knowledgeable about classical music
• Confident in their communication skills
• Able to work with large groups effectively
• Able to multi-task
• Quick to adapt to any situation or responsibility
• Able to think on their feet when a problem arises
  

The production staff will be responsible for:

• Representing Distinguished Concerts International New York with the utmost level of professionalism to all parties related to each performance
• Facilitating all rehearsals, performances and post-concert receptions
• The set up and strike of rehearsal room(s)
• Assisting guest conductors and artists
