Thursday, April 7, 2011 - Arrive in New York City (or earlier for additional free time in the city)
- Friday, April 8, 2011 - Half-day rehearsal (either morning or afternoon)
- Saturday, April 9, 2011 - Half-day rehearsal (either morning or afternoon)
- Sunday, April 10, 2011 - General rehearsal in Avery Fisher Hall, performance, VIP reception following the concert
The final schedule will be shared with invited performers.

Travel, Housing and Fees
All performers pay a per-person participation fee. Performers have the freedom to book their own travel arrangements and housing accommodations.
