A Queens-NY native, Melanie Nañez, has several years of experience with event management, production, promotions, graphic arts and web design. She received her bachelor’s degree from New York University, and has worked with numerous productions including the Newport Jazz Festival, the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival, the Bermuda Music Festival, the Essence Music Festival and the Newport Folk Festival. Melanie also does freelance design and event consulting for various peace and justice organizations through New York city.
