Soloist - Soprano
A native of Meridian, MS, Kristen Johnson, soprano, received vocal performance degrees from Mississippi College and The Florida State University. Johnson performed many opera roles while at Florida State, namely Cleopatra in Handel's Guilio Cesare and Musetta in Puccini's La Bohème. Johnson continues to maintain an active performing presence in the state of Mississippi with oratorio, opera, and musical theatre genres. She is currently serving on the faculty at Mississippi College and is thrilled to be making her Lincoln Center debut with the Mississippi College Singers.
