Mr. Anthony Pappalardo has been a music educator for the past forty years. His teaching experiences include three years in New Brunswick, New Jersey and thirty-seven years in the West Windsor-Plainsboro Regional School District, Princeton Junction, New Jersey. He has served as District Music Coordinator and High School Head Music Teacher for thirty five years in the West Windsor-Plainsboro Regional School District.
Mr. Pappalardo has performed as a trumpeter with numerous ensembles, primarily with dance combos and big bands. However he has also performed in Orchestras in New Jersey and in the United States Army Bands in Aberdeen Maryland and Elizabeth New Jersey.
Mr. Pappalardo received his music education degrees from William Paterson University, Wayne, New Jersey and Trenton State College, Ewing New Jersey. He studied trumpet with Mr. Edward Treutel at the Julliard School of Music.
Mr. Pappalardo's special honors include recognition from Princeton University for excellence in teaching in 1987 and The CNN Cable network teacher of the year in 1992.
Mr. Pappalardo's greatest memories and experiences in music come from his work with his students. His greatest desire is to impart his passion and respect for music and education to his students.
